People coming to see what the noise was is perfectly natural - no laws have been broken in doing so. I think this video is a perfect example of why so many road users are purchasing cams. Thank heavens nobody was injured or killed.

I hear you and I agree except the cops can throw the book at them but it's the courts and CPS who need to be grabbed by the balls and hung from a tall building to persuade them to start doing the right thing.

The muppets will probably end up with a £150 fine, banned for a year (not that that will matter to them they'll just ignore it anyway) and a community order ffs
