1 - Brake checked and nearly cause a lorry to crash into the back of him
2 - Doesn't understand the sign that the slip road forms a new lane so first blocked me and then forced me out of lane for absolutely no reason
3 - Impersonating police is a criminal offense, you are a civilian, act like it... You are not allowed to block active lanes of traffic with your vehicle.
