This is happening all the time round here. Sick to the back teeth of it. In my day these shits would get even more shit kicked out of them - these days they act like they can get away with it because basically the law is an ass. Tipton's police station for example, is walled off, meaning over-stretched services from other areas and that's if you're lucky. If the law isn't going to protect people then people will deal with it accordingly I guess.
