Think cyclist needs to see a doctor who has tailoring qualifications to have the twisted knickers removed.
Unless I'm mistaken the red lights over the "junction" are part of the same lights the cyclist is stuck at.
Yes maybe the vehicles shouldn't of passed the lights if the junction wasn't clear - no biggy
Yes maybe pedestrians were crossing and had a grren light/priority
But jumping a red light....wtf - stop giving real road users (including cyclists) a bad name
