Tatty old Green Ford Focus seen regularly driving at pathetically slow speeds on the A325, A3, Bordon and Greatham areas. Drives at 40MPH constantly in 60MPH zones (1st May 2014, 24th September 2014 and 9th July 2015 are just some of the dates he was recorded doing this).

Easily identified by having an illegal chequered-font numberplate (since 2014), with a Portsmouth Football Club logo and the words 'Play Up Pompey' instead of a valid company name at the bottom. Complete illegal on the public roads. Read the regulations on numberplates and get it fixed.

Seen regularly (almost daily) in Greatham, Bordon, and on the A325, and constantly is a pain in the backside.

Please buy a Dash Cam with GPS, to record the speed, and post videos to prove your point. I personally do not like slow drivers, I think they are as bad as people that exceed the speed limit, but without video it is very difficult to judge. This cameras are becoming very cheap.
