where to start on this one...
The paint job i guess:
well, look at it. It's pink and it looks like it's been done with a can of Dulux and a brush.
Next is the adornments of stickers and tat - if you hadn't worked out this person has no taste by the colour, the collection of detritus will give it away.
Regularly see this monstrosity flouting the 30mph limit outside my house.
It may only be a boggo puma 1.7 but the owner has done her best to make it look like an FRP.
If you had a 1 in 500 car that is rare as unicorn spunk, would you make it look (and sound) like this?
I should hope not!
finally: the driver.... ugh... so much ugh.
Sticker says no fucks given - i'd wager that none were requested.

only good thing I can say about this car - It makes me laugh out loud every time I see it - without fail.

so i'm rating/judging the driver... I wouldn't drive that POS - that's my judgement, as explained earlier.

So basically the only thing they've allegedly done wrong is break the speed limit. See, the other stuff can make things look malicious. Mate, if they are breaking the speed limit then fine..but there is no law that says they can't put those stickers on their car or colour it pink, black or whatever they like. Just let them get on with it.
