Slammed on at end of s cul de sac, reversed at high speed against oncoming traffic, wheelspan hard into cul de sac, went round round grass part at end of cul de sac, and drove at high speed again out of road! Reached approx 40mph in 20 zone, small thin road, cars parked at sides, lots of kids about! Luckily none out today, and failed to slow down at giveway at end of road and just carried on and pulled out! Have spoken to him, apologises, then does little boy stuff again, as not got any bottle and a Bad tempered spoilt little bratt! Fake fiesta st, bog standard blue 1.4 fiesta with crappy kit and toy loud exhaust! Filmed doing today at 14:55pm, now in police hands!

I've seen this lad almost collide with other road users on the Formby bypass.. weaving in and out, cutting up cars and then I saw him go through a red light. I'm sure one day he'll get his comeuppance.
