With that out the way, thank for posting. What a dirty, fucking bastard that person..the judge said he "knew what he was doing".. so why isn't he in jail?

Regarding the speed limit it does state 20mph on the section where it's local access only (1min 05secs on the vid (mini roundabout) sign on centre)) but not sure about the bit before but even so it does look like the driver is heavy footed ;)
