S888CRL black Mercedes, driven by a bully in army camouflage. Following a YouTube video auditor, causing alarm, distress and harassment. The pillock then reversed into a white truck in a pub car park after admitting he hadn't been paying attention as he was too busy watching the video auditor. Filming in public is a legal activity, the MOD seriously need to retrain their staff and make them aware that its perfectly fine to make videos and take photos from public land.
