But the road markings are clearly visible (image 3) - the blue Vauxhall van driver was in the right
Yes it's dumb stupid road markings.....probably forced onto the councils planning/traffic management team by a few thick brown envelopes from Morrisons developers because the store will be super busy all week (not) but I'm just guessing on why.
