i saw this driver, on the way home from work it was a late night at around 8:30pm on the 14th of January 2019 when the driver of this vehicle pulled out infront when i noticed bits of green forestry getting thrown all over the road one piece found itself planted on the front windscreen which caused my visibility to be seriously reduced, as a result of this had no other choice but to place my head out side of my window to regain this lost visibility due to this mistake i found myself choking on what can only be described as a large chunk of foliage that was lodged in the back of my throat i felt myself losing control of my vehicle but luckily i disloged this unknown object which i later found out to be moss. This vehicle was practically a moving forest leaving a trail of moss and discarded forestry all over the road.

This driver was reckless and put other peoples lives in danger, he was driving on the M6 and flying moss debris was flying on my windscreen obscuring my vision and causing hazards for the people around him on the lanes, this driver needs to realise that its a car not a bloody greenhouse road trip, there was also a broken door attached to the roof of the vehicle on the rack which was held together with loose rope and the door could of fell off into the road and caused an accident, as I passed the car to prevent the overgrown debris from hitting my own car, I noticed that there was dog bags stapled to the front to tires of the estate car causing feces to fly up in the air and it was hitting my side windows causing my window to be stained with the excrement and even raining this mess onto other drivers behind, careless and abnormal and this could also cause a vehicle coming behind it to spin out banana mario kart style, so this driver needs to be kept in line and watched out for as this feces ridden greenhouse could cause a serious incident.
