Well Bilbo it might also get a conviction of criminal damage, and also being run over, punched, stabbed or even shot. This isn't any kind of threat, it's the reality of our streets. Two wrongs don't make a right..all you're doing by damaging their property is coming down to their level and giving them ammunition in court. Same for verbal abuse, however much it might feel natural. You lose your cool you lose your concentration and you could lose your life. Just let the horn do the talking. There is also another video from the up-loader and as a cyclist, motorcyclist and driver myself I do think the rider is being far too aggressive.
