This ford was involved in an accident. It was driving above the speed limit. I was at cruise control at 70 mph on the motorway M74. Ovetook me on a 50 mph and then I see it again crashed five minutes later.

So the camera car was doing 70 mph on a 50 mph stretch of road, recording the video on a mobile phone as they were driving? With that amount of shaking, that's definitely not a windscreen mounted camera.
