This driver is utterly dangerous. I was overtaking on the motorway and hadnt cleared the traffic on the inside lane. He got so close to my car i couldnt see his headlights in my mirror. Then put his full beam on. When I cleared and wanted to move over, he undertook at speed and immediately flung his van into my path forcing me to emergency break to avoid the side of the van. Then he took off at high speed and repeated tail gating and intimidating other drivers. Further down the M56 whilst he was tail gating another driver, i was on the inside lane which was moving faster. I had a good look at this over weight, balding man with a ginger beard who was bipping his horn (not sure if it was at me or the person in front he was trying to intimidate). He saw me looking and gestured something. The van he was driving was a Highway Maintenance vehicle, With a big reflective sign on the back saying Underground Surveys.
Scary how dangerous this man is!
