I don't disagree with you, however I do see the OP's point. There's a difference between rolling back a couple of inches while you set your feet, and rolling back a couple of feet because you haven't secured the car properly. The Toyota driver is lucky that the OP kept his/her distance, as many drivers would've got much closer and hence probably would've been hit. In this case the Toyota driver didn't do anything dangerous, but I reckon that was out of luck more than awareness.

His car started to roll back close to mine and I beep the horn. He was not happy but what else could I do in order to get his attention? He did not use the hand brake. I recommend him to take car lessons. Close call, but nothing happen because I left enough space between me and his car.
