Whoever is rating this 'driver' up. Why don't you explain how them having no MOT is right? So you think ferrying people around with no MOT is right? Putting other road users and pedestrians at risk is right?

Where was this? Do you have video footage? They need reporting if they're using that car on the road - people are in danger. Where do they think they are..some slum in Pakistan or some other crap-hole, where they can do what they like??

Taxi driver and an apparent King of the Road. Cut across moving traffic and even had the nerve to wave the finger. Listen bloke, you're lucky I have a decent reaction time and managed not to hit you. You're a professional that's supposed to drive well and control his emotions but clearly can't do neither.
