Yeah, and if the cyclist was in the cycle lane or a gutter somewhere else none of this would have happened. Cars come first. This is just the kind of hateful, dangerous attitudes some drivers (and trolls of this server) have.

I would say this is one for the police. Evidence of wrongdoing is overwhelming and driver is very identifiable and caught red handed. There would be no excuses in this case.

clearly not in control of their vehicle, surprised they actually have a licence... but of course a "license" doesnt mean they are actually trained. If only they paid "road tax" and had a registration number so they were easily held to account....
