Shocking driving at 10pm on Wednesday 12th April. Overtaking on a solid white line in a 40mph zone doing at least 60mph. Then proceeding into a national zone driving at well over 80mph and swerving as if they were drunk and nearly causing at least 3 accidents which at that speed would have been fatal.

Ring the cops, say the driver *appears* to be under the influence and driving dangerously.
