Driver was very agressivly driving at approx 60mph on a 50mph zone tailgating me, then procceeding to stop vehicle on roundabout and agressivly coming towards my vehicle and shouting at me believeing tailgating is okay and i should 'move out the way if someone is very close behind you' in their own words. This was a very intimidating time for myself and my dog in my vehicle as the man thought he knew the law in his eyes and believes that tailgating is okay.
