Failed to give way on roundabout,tried to pass on the inside,passed me at well over speed limit then swerved in front of me and braked.At a traffic lights he pulled into the left lane and I pulled along side him to go on.He saw I had a dash cam so he swerved behind me overtook and braked. He got out to speak I wound my window down and he pushed me over and stole my dash cam and drove off.Wife and I made statements to Police Scotland and they have done nothing about it.

SH14XSN. Police eventually charged the driver after i made a lot of fuss. Recently i had a letter from the Procurator Fiscal Office saying that they could not proceed with the charge because of lack of corroboration which is required under Scottish law. Therefore the driver has got away with robbery and assault.
