An accident waiting to happen. Used the right turn lane at a roundabout on the A46 Evesham by-pass to pass a few cars, and cut in front of me causing me to brake to avoid a collision. He then tailgated the car in front, less than one vehicle length behind for the next 5 miles until I lost him in Beckford. The tailgating served no useful purpose, since the car in front was one of many in a long queue already travelling at 60mph.
