Was at tesco car park ready to reverse park into a bay when this guy started to reverse out of his bay at a fast speed and almost hit my car. He would've crashed into me if I hadn't hit my horn. He clearly didn't check his interior mirrors or behind because he failed to spot me. He then came out the car and started swearing at me even after I explained he was clearly at fault along with witnesses. Very rude and arrogant man reversing carelessly at a high speed and not checking behind. Risk to other drivers on the road.
