Any description of driver? I wouldn't move if that's their attitude. I'd say call the police or would you like me to do it for you? I can even provide some video footage for them if you like..

Apparently the driver of this car thinks it is completely appropriate ti toot at pedestrians on the pavement to get out his way so he can park on the pavement. Then be abusive when questioned politely about his actions!!
