Is it just me who wouldn't get in this taxi or do you consider this driving a little odd too.
Worst bit was about a minute into the video, maybe when his brake lights keep failing he'll think about touching the brakes a little less and keeping to his side of the road.

I would of called 999 an informing them there's a potential drunk driver driving a taxi and that you have video footage.
Yes it might be wasting police time but then again it might be saving someone's life - there is no excuse for that standard of driving.
If you know the council licensing office then please contact them and report it. I'd love to see their excuse
