The boy being filmed made a perfectly good point. You said you were filming him for a Gay dating app. There is no comparison with being filmed on CCTV in a supermarket which for a private security purpose. In fact the idea that you were invading his privacy for such a purpose should be an arrestable offence. He had every right to be offended. You had no right to threaten him with publicity in the way you did.
