Area is Rossendale, Lancashire that the video was taken in. They have been reported to the police, local newspaper and the charity they are impersonating. Apparently they have been in the area again today as charity bags have been put through doors on an adjacent street.

Caught these trying door handles while supposedly doing Charity bag deliveries for Children's Hearts Charity today. When challenged they magically came back with a load of charity bags and started putting them through the letter boxes in Rossendale

This is the same bastard that screwed my granny out of £50 as they told her they were from the council and she had to pay for her little dogs poop being cleaned up in her own garden, She asked how many poops were there and they said One and even if its just one she could face a fine of £200 if she did not clean it up straight away, She paid them and when i came to see her she told me what happened and i was fucking furious as my granny doesnt have a dog as she has dementia, So i asked the neighbour and he told us of these two guys and this is the same description given to me by her neighbour and they spoke with an accent, May i ask if the video uploader will inform us of which area this is please

caught this guy fly tipping however it was a perfectly intact box behind a tree in some shrubbery so i called the police
