Moha you've got more chance of the Jimmy Saville scandal being properly investigated than you have this issue. I've lived within certain communities and I have seen these kinds of things myself.. people being very liberal when it comes to putting their name on driving a license, especially when they know the cops won't do anything for fear of being branded racist, or islamaphobic.

I bet someone took her driving test for her. Would explain why she can't drive properly. I've heard that in certain communities this is common. Police need to investigate.

More than likely if she has one it was gained by getting someone else to sit the test for her.

Highway code says to give priority to vehicles approaching from the right. Technically the car was approaching from the cyclist's right so he was in the wrong and driver did everything by the book.

Cam operator followed up with police who won't do anything about 3rd party reports of incidents. Begs the question, what about the cyclist who was hit? Surely there was communication between cam cyclist and him? Was he injured? Why didn't he follow up with police? etc.

"I didn't do anything wrong" after knocking a cyclist over and then attempting to drive off. Even if she's thick enough to think she didn't do anything wrong, why didn't she check the cyclist was ok like any decent human being would?
