To be honest this sort of thing doesn't tend to happen to me, this is why I am quite mad but my partner has one in his car and you wouldn't believe some of the things we capture! Some of it is laughable. Thank you :)

I would recommend you look at purchasing dashcam http://www.which.co.uk/reviews/dash-cams if this type of incident has happened previously, I use a Nextbase 512G http://www.nextbase.co.uk/ for both work and personal driving, no BMWs in sight!

The BMW driver was in the right hand lane on a roundabout which is not used for going over the roundabout, he decided to cut me up causing me to swerve, narrowly missing the van next to me, making them narrowly miss the barrier. He was that close to hitting me I could practically smell the leather interior of his car. He then processed to sit right up my arse, after he drove at high speed in to other lane, cut me up dangerously then slammed his brakes on. I don't think me taking a photo of his number plate, stopped, out of gear, handbrake on, at a red traffic light is anywhere near as dangerous as this moron! He then cut my friend up in the same way at the next roundabout whilst her newborn was in the back! So you carry on...you probably drive a BMW aswell!

You wouldn't see any evidence anyway because that would involve the photographer filming whilst driving and then you'd only bitch about that instead.

I see no evidence of someone 'pretty much forcing' other drivers off the road. I see evidence of someone using a mobile device whilst driving.

You must be the only person out there that hasn't used their phone whilst driving!

Step down you Nazi. Someone pretty much forces other drivers off the road and you're complaining about operating a phone when stationary.
