Yeah man, I see no real problem here.. the cam car is going a bit fast like and the other driver did flash. If someone is doing it on purpose they seldom do flash, they just carry on doing it etc. I say just let it go man they ain't evil person ok. Take care man.
I think it's a little harsh for this driver to be voted the worse driver for March so far. Of course the Audi driver should have stopped and given way to the right at the roundabout and if it had happened on a driving test he/she would have failed (and rightly so). Having said that, it wasn't THAT close to a collision and I've seen much closer near misses on roundabouts and junctions. And the Audi driver did flash the hazard lights to apologise so at least they acknowledged they were at fault, which suggests they have learnt from their mistake which is a good sign. To me it was an error of judgement and a mistake rather than dangerous/careless driving which is more deserving of "worse driver of the month" than this Audi driver.
You are entitled to your opinion Eve, as am I. My point is that I see worse driving in forms of road rage and people who just genuinely don't care about the safety of others. Whereas this driver made a genuine mistake and knows that he/she made a genuine mistake. I guarentee that sometime in your driving life you have made a stupid mistake at least once, as well we all have. In my opinion, this driver does not deserve the "worse driver of the month" award since I see video clips were people drive dangerously in a deliberate manner.
Yeah flashing hazards is great if there isn't a crash and you got away with it. Driving without due care, bordering on reckless driving with little care for other road users, I think. Looks like there are another six imbeciles out there too who have given this a thumbs up.
Actually ',' people do care. You care. That's why you cared enough to comment, even if you actually have very little to say.. I actually think Adam made a clear, precise and useful addition to this thread. So there.
