Whilst some of the responses have a slight point I just want to add

SM06 BZS who was potentially broken down (hopefully they weren't parked there) should have pushed there vehicle back away from the junction, away from the brow of the "hill" and away from the junction on their left.

Yes dashcammer should possibly have slowed due to the brow that said it's the responsibility of drivers who want to overtake by using the opposite lane to ensure it is safe to do so

And I didn't see any indicators being used by the Megane driver.

But if SM06 BZS is "parked" there then they deserve nothing less than losing their licence for 1 year, being forced to re-take their driving test and have their vehicle scrapped

Awful driving on the cammer's part. This is what happens when you fly over a blind summit, the Megane driver couldn't possibly have seen you until you were almost buried in his bumper. And then to beep aggressively like that just shows a frightening lack of awareness. Dear god

Looks like you were going to fast for the conditions. The obstruction was obvious. You should have anticipated this situation. Bad driving.
