Swerves at the other vehicle. Yes, visibly swerves at another road user. Then contunues thowing his toys out of his vile little pram for the next minute. So much so I don't believe he is safely in control of his vehicle. This guy has serious anger management and road safety issues. Do us all a favour, call the DVLA now and surrender your licence.

I don't see the cam car hogging the lane..you know the speed limit, right? And they were going past the occupied lane on the left (including the truck). Furthermore they did change to the inside lane at the end of the video. It might be the case they couldn't do this earlier due to the person racing up their rear cutting lanes.
