Hmm, not sure about this. The person approaching the black vehicle, look at their body language - calm and rational? Non-threatening? Then it just escalates. But this video does also show that many of Britain's roads are just..just..shit. They are too small and too over-crowded and we have the government to thank for it, because the only interest the government has is to profit from it.
