Yes, two witnesses in car, footage and two neighbours witnessed his threatening behaviour. Driver of car behind him agreed to give statement, preparing all evidence for the police. Road rage and threatening a family is pretty serious, did not get out of car as children in for their safety, this man clearly is pathetic shouting and frightening kids.
