Driver passively aggressively sat blasting his horn because my dog was having a woopsie. He could see me walking towards the dog with a bag in my hand ready to pick it up. I'm 43 years old, I'm perfectly capable of looking after my dogs needs. Even if I couldn't, it's nothing to do with this p***k, I'd be the one getting fined. Is it because I'm a fmale and was on my own? I hope the company he works for are real proud of their employees.
