Yes , please elaborate. Is there any way to find out if the lanes around Rosemount/Mid-Stocket are private ? I’d like to know. Did someone really slash the guys tyres ?

I’ve heard of several instances of tyres being slashed/let-down. Bomnymuir bowling green and the corner with Hosefield/Bonnymuir.

Why is the parking terrible ? The car is not obstructing any of the garages or the entrance to the lane and is infact parked in one of the bowling green spaces. I believe the reason the bowling green has not been sold is because no one knows who owns the lane. There are no council or police parking restrictions in place and the lane is not a private access to a property. Also how does the complainant know the gentleman parking here doesn’t have permission to do so from a garage owner ? Also do you condone slashing people’s tyres ?

The lane the gentleman has parked in is not private. The police and council have confirmed this. What is illegal is puncturing people’s tyres, that is a perpetual nuisance. The driver in question is actually a top bloke ! The residents however that think they own a piece of public land and have caused several instances of criminal damage not so.
