Needs to be reported to the Police. They might not care about a cyclist "near miss" or "left hook" or a BMW pushing in but they will take this seriously. It horrifies me that the girl was one step away from serious injury at least.

Caught this guy on camera ploughing through a zebra crossing, missing a schoolgirl by an inch.
Only hit the brakes when she was past the front of the car - clearly paying no attention.
