This one thinks its acceptable to sit at 70mph in the middle land on his phone. Barely an ounce of attention could have been on the road while he and his friend were fixated to their phones. A look of shock after a group of young lads pull along side to call him out and nothing but anger from his friend, but i guess that's how your repaid for saving their life.
