Please do not mention names, but I feel that it might be within the public interests to at least know which school and road we are talking about.

Please not I am not typing all this to have a go at you. I am just trying to establish fact. Thank you for caring about the child you claim was almost killed and if someone is also shouting racial slurs then all I can say is report it to the police - and get a video camera in case you need it for future reference.

This guy was extremely rude after I stopped him after he almost killed a 7 year old child after he was crossing a road in a school zone he repeatedly shouted racial slurs at me and attempted to pull down his trousers nearby the nursery, lastly I caught him speeding multiple times on ayr road. He must be stopped before he kills someone
