Young driver wearing a blue jacket with two passengers. Driving on the oldmeldrum road to tarves yesterday and this young male begins to beep the horn at myself and my two young children. Ignoring it he then persists to give us gestures which I cannot begin to describe and sounds the horn further. After a mile or so of this the passenger in the back of the car began to hang a high-vis jacket out of the rear window in an attempt to get my attention. Absolute idiots, police have been phoned as a result.
