Nothing wrong? It's a TROLLEY bay mate. Hence the reason he would squeeze his balls flatter than a smashed egg to try open his doors..it's not made for cars. Furthermore because people can't put their trolleys there they are more likely to be at risk of injury or crime..or was that the desired outcome?
But as this is corporate property..what can actually be done especially if there are no sign-posts specifically stating words to the effect 'Please don't be a dick-head and park here, your vehicle may be impounded as a result'?

that's category N, non-structural. There's nothing wrong with it being repaired and returned to the road. I've seen cars given a category N for minor issues such as vandal damage (scratched paint, wing mirror kicked off) or a broken window.
