To my understanding riding more than two abreast is illegal.
Have you or someone you know had an encounter with this individual? Apparently he thinks "cyclists are fuckin aids of the road"; in which case, he has little or no regard for their welfare and if he REALLY wants to solve his issue then he should stop driving.
If he has an issue with someone then that's his right, however I think he just makes himself look very immature by making such comments. He's basically lashing out and people based entirely on their mode of transport. Oh, and perhaps the next person he might decide to lash out on, has a camera at hand..

with this driver can check his twet history, this driver has a violent enmity toward vulnerable road users and boasts he cares more for this car than for the lives of cyclists.
