You give way to the right mate not the Left. But yes the Pratt shouldn't of pulled out on you as you were already on the roundabout.

Pulled straight out on me on a roundabout in Horsham. I had to brake pretty hard. They didn't even look at me, didn't acknowledge my presence, no apology, nothing!. This driver doesn't understand the simple rule giving way to the left. Avoid them at all costs.
