Now I'm guessing here but likely scenario
Polish driver and/or car cloned stolen car/registration
This is the normal driving standards of Polish drivers and cars are stolen and cloned and taken to Eastern Europe
It's one of the downfalls of having an open border policy
Go on point the racist finger as that will be your only option as you could not provide any fact or potential scenario to counter the argument....only that it's a racist comment.
