Tailgating a learner as they wanted to speed, then they got frustrated so undertook them and dived back in to take a right turn.
Then the second they caught up to the next car (mere moments later) they were drifting over the white line trying to put pressure on them!
Of course all of this moronic behavior got them nowhere so I was right with them when they got to the next traffic lights, where I got to witness them use a RH turn only lane to jump straight and push in front of the queue of traffic who were obeying the road markings.
