The driver with the dash cam trying to catch people out. What a knob, and the speeds he is travelling just tells you he is the one who is a danger to the other road users as he is driving at reckless speeds to catch other drivers out.

The problem you will have with T46 BSA is the behaviour of the person(s) in the cam car. What I mean is, the police would probably do nothing on account of the swearing and name-calling. This is why it's important to try and not react in any way that can be used against you or for the benefit of the other person in so far as using your actions to try and mitigate theirs. Morons do it all the time.. provoke people, get the reaction they want, and get away with it. I got no problem with the horn, it was justified but even if you're acting out of fear, try not to give an idiot like the one shown here ammunition. Whatever happens afterwards will happen, but at least you will absolve yourself of any wrong-doing and give the other person practically nothing to use in their defence.

Look at the distance the bike covers between the car pulling out and the point at which it ends up on the right-hand-side..IF the bike is heavily braking throughout that distance, then what does that tell you? It tells you the rider is simply going way too fast. Does the rider also note realise, the reason the car hesitated slightly is because there's a bend, and blind spots? Hence visibility is limited - out of nowhere comes a rider and all of a sudden there is no time to react. By going thatfast u're not giving people requisite notice of your speed or your position; you're denying them valuable thinking time hence the reason you are at fault..

given the slow speeds they were driving at and that it wasnt a fag paper near miss i wouldnt have tooted the horn at t46bsa better for twats like that to be in front of u rather than behind u and the loudmouth in the passenger seat could have made the situation worse.as ive learned over the years better to think ur faults to urself as u never really know who is in the other car...u would be wasting ur breath telling for example a madman aiming a rifle at u that they are on camera...ur on cam...bang!! game over.
