Its prats like this that cause death on the roads. There always fat and have a chip on there shoulder. The law needs to get tough with aggressive drivers. Most police forces have some online reporting system where inconciderate driving can be reported. If nothing else they would be flagged up for any future offences. I think that petition is to amend a law on dangerous driving only. And this is the problem isn't it: often the police are too reluctant to do anything other than fob you off with excuses. Too busy trawling the Internet looking for people to perceive offense - thank you and f*ck you, Tories.

Overweight 30 to 40-year-old male driver drove silver Land Rover Discovery through a red light while I (a pedestrian) was crossing. I slowed while crossing so as to hit his wing mirror hard with my hand, and he stopped his car in the road. He got out and swore and threatened me, before getting back in the Land Rover. As I photographed his number plate he accelerated the car onto the grass verge towards me, as if to attack or threaten. He spent the next 10 minutes circling the block looking for me. I hope his wing mirror is damaged.
