Thinks it's ok to speed in treacherous conditions. Flashes at people to get them to move over, even if they are passing other vehicles. Tailgates far too close to be safe. Then when he doesn't get his way, he pretends he's following you..... but bottled it when I turned off towards the local Police Station!
