I would agree if he was doing 55 and the road was clear.
In this case you can clearly see that there's a lorry on the left. The bloke is doing 77-80 MPH and catches it in what? 3 seconds? Not to mention the brake-checking.
The Volvo driver probably didn't get any from his wife and had to take out his frustration on the road. Inconsiderate, stupid and plainly wrong. This should be sent to the police.
