This driver came down a40 between eynsham and oxford overtaking cars most of the way down, casually driving on the other side until another car came along. I could see what he was doing in my rear view mirror. He then decided to pull in front of me where there was barely enough space causing me to do an emergency stop and swerving in the road. He then broke again as some sort of joke. I backed off and took him registration as he then did it 5 minutes later to the Vauxhall Astra who was in front of me and again braked hard causing the Astra to do an emergency stop as well. He was putting people lives at risk! I've never been in an accident before so it has shaken me up.
It's been reported to the police as there were plenty of witnesses!
