Although he could of waited I take the dashcam drivers understanding in that if he let him pass the Nissan would of still been a prick (slowing down or tapping the brakes for no reason)

Happens all the time on motorways. Loads of drivers can’t handle being overtaken especially by an older car or a van. I use cruise control most of the time and the bellends drive just like in the video. They probably missed out in something earlier in life and are trying to make up for their loss. Bellends, that are better than everyone else in their little world.
